Job description

As a Project Manager, you will join us to empower and enable L’OREAL in this tech ambition. You will be accountable for

- Managing & framing project scope

- Defining project success criteria

- Consolidating project management deliverables with the project team

- Reporting and decision-making with top management

- Monitoring the risk analysis and the related mitigation plan

- Facilitating cooperation and feedback within the project team

Profile

> You have a degree (Bachelor, or above) in one of the following disciplines: material, electrics, mechanics, or related engineering background

> You have a significant experience as project manager and transversal team management to coordinate all stakeholders, including, not limited to product innovation team, regulation team, testing team, design firm, manufacturer access Europe, Asia and US.

> You can easily combine technical and business approaches.

> You are curious and like to learn new technology.

> You have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive your projects to their completion

> You are pragmatic.

> You can manage priorities.

> You speak English fluently. French is a plus.
