职责描述：
61 Take TQM responsibility and in charge of QMS, QA & QC related work
61 Maintain ISO system, ensure procedures renewed and implemented effectively
61 Plan and lead projects of quality improvement, ensure product quality and performance at a high level
61 Setup and maintain product quality documents, ensure products' traceability
61 Setup and maintain inspection standards and work instructions for IQC, IPQC and FQC
61 Provide quality training of concept and approaches to all department to improve company's work quality
61 负责全面质量管理工作，管理质量体系，质量保证和质量控制等相关工作
61 维护ISO系统，确保程序有效的更新和实施
61 计划和主导质量改善项目，确保产品质量和效能保持高水平
61 建立和维护产品质量文件，确保产品的可追溯性
61 建立和维护IQC,IPQC和FQC的检验标准和工作指导
61 组织关于理念和方法的质量培训，改善公司的工作质量
任职要求：
61 Bachelor degree, major in science and engineering, have received good QC and basic business management training
61 Familiar with the quality control methods and processes, minimum 8 years experiences in QC, Familiar with implementation and operations of ISO system
61 Fluent in English
61 Excellent learning, leading, coordination and communication skills
61 Prefer candidate to have knowledge of API standard and/or familiar with industrial valve & pressure vessel manufacturing processes
61 Priority with a pressure vessel certificate
任职要求：
61 教育: 理工科大学毕业，有接受过较好的品保及基本企业管理的培训；
61 经验：熟悉品管方法，品管流程，有品质管理工作经验满8年以上, 熟练ISO体系的推行和运做；
61 技能：英语熟练；
61 有极强的学习能力，领导能力，协调能力和沟通能力。
61 理解API标准，熟悉工业阀门制造工艺和/或压力容器制造工艺者优先
61 有压力容器证书的优先考虑
