- Prepare and provide the Customer with project specific documentation (e.g. IPI, project schedules etc. - Provide technical support in the pre-project stage Safeguard that the project related works are executed according to contract specifications and design directives. To plan the works with the total costs and customer needs in focus. - Participate in the process of preparing the Contract for execution. - Manage and participate in activities specified in CWEC process with close co-operation with relative colleagues and establish project plan(s) with all relevant parts - Maintain the daily contacts with the customer in close co-operation - To actively take part in the day-to-day training activities/delivery. - Deliver the training in a keen way and under consideration of total safety and environmental impact aspects - Develop/ evaluate/ improve training programs and materials - Perform tasks designated by superiors
Qualifications: - BSc or MSc in Engineering or Marine Engineering or in similar area - Good interpersonal communication skills - Quality, safety and environmental skills - Desire to work in multicultural environment - Good command of English, both spoken and written, other languages are a merit - Excellent command of Chinese, spoken and written - Advanced knowledge and operation experience of large medium speed (4-stroke) engines - More than 3 years experiences in Marine and/or power plant or similar industry
