Responsibilities：
● 协助活动经理负责国内行业展会、品牌巡展、客户会、技术日等全流程策划与落地，包括展位设计、搭建管理、现场运营及展后复盘 Assisted the event manager in the full-process planning and implementation of domestic industry exhibitions, brand roadshows, customer meetings, technology days, etc., including booth design, construction management, on-site operations, and post-event reviews.
● 协调供应商、场馆方及内部团队，确保展位搭建、设备、人员等环节按时完成，控制预算与风险 Coordinated with suppliers, venue operators and internal teams to ensure the timely completion of booth construction, equipment arrangement, personnel deployment and other aspects, while controlling the budget and managing risks.
● 负责年度10+场展会落地（展位500㎡+规模），主导展台搭建、物流统筹及政府或展会报批，对接主场服务商 Responsible for the execution of over 10 annual exhibitions (with booth areas exceeding 500 square meters each), leading booth construction, logistics coordination, and government or exhibition approval procedures, and liaising with the main service providers.
● 策划并执行展会期间的主题活动、产品发布、客户接待等环节，提升品牌曝光与客户转化率 Planned and executed themed activities, product launches, customer reception, and other segments during exhibitions, thereby enhancing brand exposure and customer conversion rates.
● 管理活动现场危机预案（人流控制/设备故障/舆情应对），保障10K+人级活动安全执行 Managed on-site crisis response plans for events (including crowd control, equipment failure handling, and public opinion management), ensuring the safe execution of events with an attendance of over 10,000 people.
● 展品年度管理及优化方案的制定和获批, 管理物资仓储、协调现场人员 Formulated and obtained approval for annual management and optimization plans for exhibits, managed material warehousing, and coordinated on-site personnel.
● 有进博会/广交会等A类展会操盘案例，布展期100% onsite Having hands-on experience in managing Class A exhibitions such as the China International Import Expo (CIIE) and the Canton Fair, with 100% on-site presence during the exhibition setup phase
● 支持或协调经理分配的其他事项 Support or co-ordinate projects and tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements：
● 市场营销/项目管理专业本科及以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing/Project Management or related majors
● 5年以上活动项目管理经验，3年以上展会策划执行经验，具备独立开发、计划和实施项目的能力，PMP/Prince2认证优先 Over 5 years of experience in event project management, with more than 3 years in exhibition planning and execution.Possess the ability to independently develop, plan, and implement projects. Candidates with PMP/Prince2 certification are preferred.
● 英语CET-6或同等水平，能流畅进行职场英文邮件沟通、方案撰写及基础商务对话 CET-6 or equivalent level. Ability to communicate fluently in English for workplace email correspondence, proposal writing, and basic business conversations.
● 熟练使用Windows Office办公软件，尤其是PowerPoint的运用 Proficient in using Windows Office software, with particular expertise in PowerPoint.
● 具备优秀的空间规划与创意能力；熟悉展会运营管理、报批、物流等实操环节 Excellent spatial planning and creative skills. Familiar with practical procedures such as exhibition operation management, approval formalities, and logistics.
● 强责任感和团队合作精神; 良好的组织和沟通能力，具备细节把控能力和突发问题处理能力，能适应展会期间高强度工作节奏 Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to control details and handle unexpected issues. Able to adapt to the high-intensity work rhythm during exhibitions.
● 了解中国汽车行业，有乙方服务公司工作经验及现场工作经验者优先 Well understanding of China's automotive industry, working experience in agency and on-hand experience is a plus
