1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering , Metal and manufacturing related majors

2. Proficiency in English reading and writing, familiar with the production process of mechanical and steel structure manufacturing( such as milling, machining, boring, cutting, bending, welding, grinding, galvanizing etc. )
英语读写流利，熟悉制造业的生产工艺（比如：磨、机加工、钻孔、切割、折弯、焊接、打磨、镀锌等）
3. Above 3 years experiences in mechanical industry or related

4. Strong communicate on skills and work under pressure

5. Knowledge of HSEQ system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other quality tool (8D, PPAP etc.)

Function responsibilities职责
1. Travel visiting and auditing Avanti suppliers as auditing plan.
根据审核计划，对Avanti供应商进行实地考察和审核。
2. Obtain a complete knowledge of all the critical processes performed by our suppliers.
审核和获知供应商关键过程
3. Participate, when it’s required, in the homologation of new suppliers or in periodical visits, giving support to Operations.
支持运营，对新供应商的认证和定期互访
4. Conduct In-progress and final inspections in the suppliers’ facilities keeping record of them.
对供应商审核过程和最终检查，保留记录
5. Audit the process of the suppliers in order to detect any deviation and work with them to correct these deviations.
对供应商过程进行审核，以便发现任何偏差，并对这些偏差进行纠正。
6. Guarantee the Quality in the suppliers’ process and in all the parts manufactured for Avanti. Make sure that these parts fulfil Avanti specifications. Avoid defective parts are sent from the supplier to Avanti.

7. Record in the System the non-conformities open to the supplier and push supplier to deal with quality problem and reply 8D report.
在系统中记录供应商的不合格，推动供应商处理质量问题，跟踪8D报告。
8. Summarize and analyze supplier's PPM and their inspection defect rate, continuously improve supplier's quality performance.
总结和分析供应商的PPM和他们的检验不良率，持续改进供应商的质量指标。
9. Assist to prepare quality documents such as PPAP, ITP, PFMEA, Process flow etc., if new project need.
如果新的项目需要，协助完成质量文件，如PPAP/ITP/PEMEA、工序流程等。
10. choose and decision on the site of customer when the field complaints happened;
当客户现场发生质量问题时，确保及时做出问题分析及给出处理意见
11. Work with customer service Engineers to better understanding the quality status on customer side;
与现场服务工程师一起合作帮助他们理解客户的质量要求
12. Organizing emergency activities such as sorting and rework at customers’ site in a cost effective manner;
当质量问题发生时，以经济高效的方式提出应急措施，比如：在客户现场分拣和返修缺陷产品
13. To monitor and follow up customer quality open items, and report the action status and results to customer till the relevant issues to be closed;
监督和跟踪客户的不符合项，验证整改措施的效果直到相应的不符合项关闭
14. Ensure that the claims are registered in Avanti system, track 8D or CAR closure for all the customer quality issues;
在确保相应的不符合项登记到AVANTI的系统中，完善8D报告
15. Participate supplier or new product audits and follow up the status to ensure the customers’ quality requirements implement;
参加新供应商或者新产品的开发认证确保客户的质量要求已经被实施
16. Participate in customer quality review;
出席客户的质量评审
17. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
