Store management 店铺管理 · Manage the daily operation of the store and ensure the brand image is maintained 管理店铺的日常运作,确保品牌形象维护 · Assist Regional Retail Manager in driving sales initiatives for sales team to achieve sales objectives 协助区域零售经理推动销售团队积极主动地完成销售指标 · Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment 创建并维持店铺优质购物环境 · Lead and motivate sales team on delivering consistent, professional and responsive customer service 领导和激发销售团队为顾客提供统一、专业、热诚的服务 · Ensure sales team working in accordance with company policies and procedures 确保销售团队按照公司的政策和流程工作 · Lead and monitor safety, health and security rules in store 领导和监管执行店铺内的保险、健康和安全规定 2. Staff management 员工管理 · Identify potential sales staff and suggest proper training for staff development 发掘有潜质的销售人员,提供相辅的员工发展培训 · Provide on-the-job training to new join staff 为新员工提供在职培训 · Communicate / enforce HR policies to store level 向店铺员工传达和执行公司人事规定 · Manage and conduct appraisals and performance review with store staff 管理执行店铺员工的工作表现评估 · Coach sales staff to meet and exceed the required performance standard 培训销售人员达到并超过公司制定的销售目标 · Prepare monthly roster and arrange manpower to meet up requirement of sales program 制定每月排班,根据店铺实际需求安排人手 · Reflect the staff problem to management and handle staff’s grievance 将管理工作中出现的员工问题和员工申诉及时反馈至管理层 3. Daily operations 日常管理 · Prepare variety reports such as merchandising flow, traffic flow and daily sales etc 准备各种报告,如货品流量,客流及每日销售报表等 · Conduct daily briefing on information from office and sales performance review 传达公司办公室的最新信息,回顾每日销售情况和业绩 · Assist sales staff to resolve ad-hoc operations issues 协助销售人员处理突发性事件 · Resolve escalated customer complaints regarding service and products 不断提升解决顾客关于服务和货品方面的投诉 · Manage and ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are followed 管理并确保店铺内货品的视觉效果和陈列事宜 · Manage and lead a smooth stock taking and stock replenishing 管理和领导团队确保店铺货品的流转顺畅 · Manage and lead a smooth merchandising distribution 管理并确保货品平稳销售 · Manage and lead a smooth in-store events support 管理和领导店铺内举办的各类推广活动顺利进行 · Ensure good control of petty cash utilization and liaise with Accounts Department for store expenses 确保店铺备用金的合理使用,就店铺费用与公司财务部门保持联系 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : 要求和资历 Education/Professional Qualification 学历或职业资格 · Tertiary educated 大专学历或以上 Experience 工作经验 · Minimum 5 years' experience in fashion luxury retail industry with at least 3 years as store in charge 至少5年奢侈品时尚行业零售经验,其中至少3年带店-经验 SKILLS& KNOWLEDGE : 技能和学识: Knowledge 学识 · Good knowledge of products and materials 良好的货品和面料知识 · Good understanding of local markets 对当地零售市场有很好的了解 · Good knowledge of the brand 良好的品牌知识 · Good exposure to and experience in handling high-end customers 对高端客户有良好的定位与服务经验 Skills 技能 · Good supervisory skills 良好的领导管理能力 · Good presentation skills 良好的表达能力 · Excellent communication capability 杰出的沟通能力 · Hands on alteration pinning techniques 传递革新销售链 · Fluency in - Mandarin - 熟练掌握普通话- · Computer literacy (including windows, word processing and spreadsheets) 具备一定电脑操作技能,包括Windows操作,文字处理和电子数据表 COMPETENCIES : 能力 · Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented 高度的个人领导魅力,积极、热情、具有团队协作精神 · Customer oriented 具备服务导向意识 · Tactful in handling customers and external parties 得体应对顾客和外部业务伙伴 · Good fashion sense 良好的时尚感 · Excellent quality of service 提供优质的服务 · Self sufficient/self starter 主观能动性强 · Results driven 以结果为导向
