1. Be responsible for HQ office management, including office lease contract, decoration, layout, facilities maintenance, cleaning regulations, couriers etc, liaison and negotiate with the landlord, keep the office in good state
2. In charge of the stationery and daily consumable purchasing and distribution, select the suppliers as per purchasing procedures, coordinate all SH sites, manage the related expenses reimbursement accurately 3. Define and update the travel policy, manage the relevant travel agents, regularly provide the analysis reports.
4. Manage the HQ meals, coordinate with the suppliers
5. Define and execute the annual communications plan and executions at the region level,
6. Define the annual employee activities plan at the region level and coordinate the execution at SH region
7. Check and report the foreigner expenses reimbursement, assist the foreign employees’ kids school enrollment
8. Manage the company car lease and coordinate cross sites
9. Coordinate the company uniform purchasing for both WC and BC
10. HQ admin expenses BDG and execution, coordinate SH site expenses BDG
