Role and Responsibilities: 61 Operational support of network infrastructure solutions, implementation. 61 Working collaboratively with global teams on BAU/Project task 61 Be able to troubleshoot solutions as part of an escalation from Operational Support teams. 61 Network technical support, handling all escalation network requests and problems. Daily network equipment configuration change work. 61 Schedule and perform network maintenance, repair, and upgrade tasks as needed while limiting the impact on the production network 61 Work closely with Network Engineering, Logistics, and equipment vendors as new equipment and technologies are integrated into the production network. 61 Investigate and resolve issues on customer’s network and IT environment. 61 Manage support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds our customers’ expectation. 61 Able to design, plan, implement the large-scale & complex project.
Must Have Skills: 61 In-depth knowledge on network technologies on LAN, WAN and TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF/EIGRP…etc. 61 Installing, Configuring & troubleshooting Router, Switches, Wireless and other network devices. 61 Strong understanding and excellent hands-on knowledge on Routing, Switching and Wireless Environment. 61 Experience in network security technologies like ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, IPSEC, GRE etc. 61 Installing, Configuring & troubleshooting Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA and Juniper SRX Firewalls. 61 Experience with Zscaler VPN and Internet Security. 61 Experience with Zabbix, SolarWinds. 61 Knowledge of DNS & DHCP (IPAM) 61 Datacenter Technologies (Nexus5K,7K, 9K, ASR, VXLAN) 61 Incident/Configuration Management and Knowledge of Change Management. 61 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization 61 Ability to communicate at all levels across the business. 61 Ability to learn quickly and understand complex network connectivity and infrastructure. 61 Ability to handle Cyber security incidents like DDoS, ransomware…etc., familiar with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR…etc. 61 Fluent in English.
Good to Have: 61 LAN management tools like Cisco prime, ISE, Cisco DNA center etc. 61 knowledge of configure and troubleshooting Pulse secure VPN and load balancers. 61 Experience on SDWAN technologies (Fortinet, Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Cato etc.) 61 F5 Big-IP LTM (iRules) GTM & ASM) BigIQ
Desired Experience:
61 Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise networks Desired Qualification 61 Bachelor’s in computer science or other equivalent technical discipline 61 Technical Certifications like CCIE, ITIL, PMP…etc.
