Position Purpose Description:
13To serve as the strategic nexus between finance and business operations, driving sustainable growth through data-powered performance insights, predictive modeling, and actionable decision support. Empowers executive leadership to optimize capital allocation, mitigate risks, and achieve financial objectives with precision.


Position Responsibility：
1.Lead monthly/quarterly business performance reviews, identify root causes of KPI deviations, and uncover operational risks/opportunities
2.Develop financial models for executive decisions support to CEO/CFO (e.g. Industry Analysis, Investment ROI, Cost control)
3.Serve as primary FP&A liaison for Operations, translating business needs into resource allocation plans
4.Conduct cost-benefit deep dives to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization
5.Drive FP&A process optimization & Digitization


Qualification:
1.Finance/Business management background, Bachelor and above
2.Finance, operation,commercial knowledge
3.Great Oral and Written English skills
4.5 Years and above Global FMCG work experience
5.Team player, good communication
