About the job
The Sales Support & Commercial excellence Manager is a key strategic partner to the regional sales team responsible for providing comprehensive business analysis, commercial excellence insights and sales support functions. This position will manage a team of five direct reports, facilitating effective sales operations and driving business growth through data-driven insights. The role requires a dynamic leader capable of enhancing sales processes, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional support to the sales team.

61 Manage and lead a team of five direct reports, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. 61 Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members. 61 Oversee the development and preparation of client proposals, presentations, and contracts to support the sales team. 61 Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and product knowledge to succeed. 61 Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. 61 Generate actionable insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and business decisions. 61 Develop and maintain sales reporting tools and dashboards to track key performance indicators. 61 Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and performance. 61 Collaborate with the Regional Sales Vice President to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives. 61 Align sales support activities with regional sales strategies and organizational goals. 61 Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency. 61 Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between sales and other departments. 61 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales support functions. 61 Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. 61 Communicate effectively with business line commercial excellence functions to coordinate APAC region sales team. 61 Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. 61 Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to resolve issues and facilitate collaboration.
