Sales Manager – China General Information Job title: Sales Manager Name Manager Job Title General Manager, hanghai Department Commercial & Marketing Primary Purpose As part of the Sales Team, the position is responsible for the deployment of the China commercial strategy and achievement of objectives for a portfolio of accounts. Scope and team As Sales Manager, the incumbent has direct responsibility for a portfolio of customers and prospects. Like other China Sales Managers, the incumbent is supported by a Customer Service team. Missions and expected results 74 Sales Management: 1. Responsible for the achievement of the Budget for his portfolio of accounts across multiple markets (Ceramics, HTM, TIM, Polishing) through execution of his Commercial Action Plan 2. Maintain customer relationships at all relevant levels (management, purchasing, technical). 3. Develop business by gaining new customers and expanding existing customers. 4. Manages sampling to customers and prospects. 5. Issues visit reports to capture both short-term customer activities and long-term needs. 6. Manages customer relationship from *** contacts (prospect) to final payment (credit management). 7. Map customers and prospects’ organization to understand decision making process. 8. Negotiates contract conditions in compliance with the General Manager, APAC Director and market managers’ guidelines 9. Manages payment process and risk together with Sales administration and Credit Management. 10. Interface with the customer in the claim process. 11. Supervises selected Distributors and agents if any 74 Reporting: 1. Ensures accuracy of the sales forecast to support the planning process 2. Contributes to the territory strategy and action plans definition by monitoring customers, prospects and competitors Sales Manager – China Job requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or above,major in science and engineering from a full-time university, proficient in. English; 2. More than ten years of experience in expanding domestic sales business in related industries; 3. Have work experience in foreign companies and be able to travel frequently 4. Possess strong business development capabilities; 5. Possess strong communication and coordination skills. 6. Possess strong learning ability 7. Strong sense of responsibility and responsibility in work 8.
