JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent is responsible for achieving the sales target and order target in a given region. He is following the regional BU strategy and and supports the leader to build the territory strategy and provide feedback with regards to market needs that have to be met to grow the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability: 61 Build & Strengthen relationships with key decision makers & influencers at clients 61 Determine needs & values for key accounts & develop a strategy for being a valued supplier of choice 61 Establish technical specs, commercial terms, & processes for key accounts 61 Meet & exceed plan – price, volume, product mix, cost 61 Generate, close & manage orders from major accounts 61 Keep abreast of technology & market trends & update the customers on a regular basis 61 Ensure customer satisfaction with after sales support 61 Support regional sales team through team selling at key accounts’ converters 61 Update competitive situation & strategy 61 Projects & tasks assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS: 61 An engineering degree, master or above is preferred; 61 3-5 years of sales experience in Injection Molding, Plastic or related Engineering background; 61 Excellent communication/presentation skills- verbal and written; 61 Proficiency in MS Office programs; 61 Project a professional image; 61 Good understanding of the plastic injection molding industry and applications; 61 Team-oriented with ability to work well with little supervision; 61 A strong relationship builder, and having the ability to effectively and professionally interact with the customer;
