Responsibilities: 1. Develop new customers & business via distributors and resellers in emerging and diffuse market to expand business 2. Manage opportunity pipelines and update sales forecast from distributors and resellers 3. Identify and follow up new opportunities to win order 4. Regularly manage and monitor VSC distributors and resellers to ensure them completely comply with Edwards’s business partner managment policy 5. Develop channel sales, co-work and support distributors and resellers to win orders and market share 6. Make regular pipeline meeting and visit with distributors to understand all the proejcts be fullly reviewed and updated. Be willing to travel > 50% 7. Report competitor activities and market information 8. Create customer perception of Edwards excellence 9. Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes 10. EHS responsibility: please refer to Document No. ESP05--Structure and Responsibility. 11. Follow up the company strategy to meet sales target 12. Participate and complete sales forecast 13. Accomplish assignment from Line Manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ sales experience with channel sales or distributor management background from Industry and Scientific markets or 5+ years’ sales experience but have technical and applications support background, vacuum background is preferred 2. Has rich vacuum knowledge and 5+ years vacuum or similar related projects experience 3. Rich vacuum knowledge and be familiar with vacuum products, such as pump and vacuum valve 4. Good key account and channel sales management and good communication skills, relationship management skills, 5. Strong sense of responsibility, serious and responsible work Fluent in English writing and speaking
