【Key Responsibilities】 - Make budgets for all customers in relevant territory and try to meet or exceed sales and profit targets for existing customers. - Make and maintain customer contracts, agreements and coordinate its implementation. - Act as an overall responsible window for the appointed customers - Increase market share of appointed customers. - Visit existing customers and develop new potential customers, understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to meet customer requirements. - Conduct market research and analysis, be aware of the market and competition situation. - Internally communication for all operational issues (including quality, payment issues). - Work with global and China Auto sales team to fulfill sales target. - Distributor management, imply company policy to stimulate sales growth of distributors - Acting as project manager for managing value chain information, use management tools such as Sales Master Files as daily working tools, report KA contact information in timely manner - Foster growth points defined by company, and generate sales based on appointed budget - Update reporting system in timely wise with good quality (KA visit report, Monthly report, Sales Force Updates, Market analysis report, etc).
【Qualification Requirements】 - Bachelor degree or above in polymer material, chemicals, chemical engineering, materials, mechanical engineering or relevant major. - 6 years or above’ sales experience in industrial enterprise. - Tape Solutions or chemical products related industries and knowledge will be a plus. - Business development capacity and strong self-driven initiation to develop new sales - Excellent communication skills with local and western customers and colleagues. - Good business negotiation and pricing skills, value selling sense and skills, as well as excellent ability in business administration and new business development. - Good English ability and PPT, reporting skills - Strong internal drive and ability to work under pressure - Result driven - Customer centered mind-set - Adapt to frequent business travelling of ave. 3-5 days max. per week
