Product Relevant: Set-up new products development, follow up and control QCD(Quality, Cost, Delivery) during the whole period. Prepare investment proposals to communicate with global R&D team and corporate leadership team approval. Support the utilization of technical resources of overseas products in China Assessing the potential for new launches and building successful launch plans with other departments. Support new product launches( technical and training support) implementation and strive to maintain growth on pillar products Interact effectively with other departments (marketing, sales, commercial operation, and finance departments) to support marketing objectives Market Relevant: Monitoring, understanding and reporting on the performance of our products and its competitors within the market; Analyze market and consumer data and make new products line-up and mid-term roadmap recommendations to management Identify and size opportunities for new products and services within existing and potential markets. Perform in-depth market research with end users including field research, surveys and prototype testing.
Others: Working with external agencies including government vendors, OEM, ODM etc. Handle the product related files, such as 3C, MOH and so on. Complete the tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or above. More than 5 years above experience at brand/product marketing in multinational companies. Experience on leading marketing campaign development and implementation Good project management and communication skill Strategic thinking and analytical skill Result-oriented and creative thinking Good command of oral and writing in English Proficiency on Office software (Powerpoint, excel, word, etc.)
