Role Purpose:
– To Support team leader to achieve the target of project occupancy rate and help landlord to reach the goal of business strategy and business plan.

Responsibilities:
– Collect, analyse data regarding of new project, develop and accumulate clients, negotiate with the clients and facilitate transactions.
– Support the implementation of project work plan per the leadership requirements.
– The support resources of C&W relative company.

Qualifications:
– Familiar with building market, with leasing and management abilities.
– University degree or above preferably in real estate or equivalent.
Skills & Personal Qualities:
– Honest, righteous, ambitious;
– Good communication and interpersonal skills;
– Good command of written and oral English;
– Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
