主要任务与职责: Main tasks and responsibilities: - Lead and support the global standardization and continuous improvement of quality documentation and processes specific to Polymer & Crystallization. - Define and execute quality strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, API). - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality performance, and report trends to senior management. - Establish a local third-party Quality Control (QC) network, including the development of a working framework for third-party involvement and coordination of external inspectors. - Contribute to and actively support the Polymer & Crystallization Global Strategic Supplier Development Program. - Provide expert consultation and participate in the CT Global Quality Network. - Assist sales managers during the sales phase with quality-related input and guidance. - Review and, when necessary, prepare purchase specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Review and approve material certificates for supplied components and materials. - Participate in Kick-off Meetings (KoMs) at customer and supplier sites to align on quality expectations. - Prepare and issue Quality Management Plans for assigned projects. - Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure alignment with project requirements. - Review and approve welding documentation, including Welding Maps, WPS, PQR, and WPQ. - Evaluate and approve test procedures to ensure compliance with applicable standards. - Lead Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIMs) with stakeholders to align on inspection scope and criteria. - Perform QC inspections at supplier locations when required. - Review and approve Manufacturer’s Data Books (MDBs) submitted by suppliers. - Develop and review and revise Polymer & Crystallization quality specifications for key equipment. - Oversee QA/QC activities for the manufacturing of tube panels for SMR64 at the Lingang workshop, including raw material inspection, welding inspection, NDT definition, helium leak testing, and compilation of manufacturing data books. - Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, with international teams and stakeholders. - Plan, lead, and support internal audits and external audits by customers or certification bodies. Ensure timely closure of non-conformities. - Identify potential quality risks in projects and supply chains, and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact.
