Job Description: We are seeking a business development manager to drive sales initiatives and manage bidding projects in Spanish-speaking regions. This role focuses on bids management, expanding market presence in the pressure vessel and modular solution sector in Latin America and Spain (hereinafter referred to as ‘Region’).
Key Responsibilities: Client Development & Sales Execution 1. Identify and engage new clients in Regions including but not limited to EPC companies, end users, project developers, investors etc., leveraging industry networks and technical expertise. 2. Technical-commercial negotiations, including contract finalization and pricing strategies together with sales support and management team. 3. Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to align with client specifications. 4. Maintain good client relationship and get insight information when necessary. 5. Oversee project lifecycle from design review to delivery, ensuring compliance with technical standards and timelines. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams (engineering, production, logistics) to resolve technical challenges and optimize deliverables. 7. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities etc. 8. Provide actionable insights to refine product positioning and market penetration strategies.
Requirements: 1. Fluent Spanish, English and Chinese (written & spoken); 2. Chemical engineering or mechanical education background, marketing & sales experience in energies or chemical industry is a plus. 3. Strong willingness and capability of learning. 4. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and intercultural communication skills. 5. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) to the Regions and occasionally other countries when necessary. 6. Capability to work under certain level of pressure and overtime work (depending on workload).
