Account Abilities 1. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures. Monitor compliance and support audits to ensure standards are met. 2. Organize and deliver training programs for procurement teams and suppliers. Establish a procurement academy to enhance skills and knowledge. 3. Gather and analyze market Intelligence to support sourcing strategies and identify risks or opportunities. 4. Implement supplier risk assessment and monitoring processes. Work with suppliers and procurement owners to ensure compliance and manage potential risks. 5. Facilitate change management and communication across the organization. 6. Drive procurement transformation initiatives, support digitalization and process improvement projects. Act as a liaison between procurement and other functions to drive change and alignment.
Technical Competencies 1. Working with automated procurement and source to pay systems. 2. Clear mindset to have view of overall situation, high motivate with ownership. 3. Cross-functional team participation. 4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in oral and in writing (Good communication skill in both Chinese and English). 5. Ability to balance multiple priorities. 6. Ability to work independently, create and implement processes. 7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities. 9. Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, MS Office, Website access & research etc. 10. Able to travel.
Experience 1. Strong knowledge of procurement and procurement processes, include supplier management, and/or relevant policy. 2. Strong analytical and communication skills. 3. Experience with procurement transformation will be preferred. 4. Knowledge and experience in FMCG company is a plus.
Education Bachelor+ degree and 7-10 years related working experience in roles related to procurement, compliance, or supply chain in multi-national company.
