Key Responsibilities:
Must 1. Analyze business operational processes to identify inefficiencies or problems. Propose effective solutions to solve problems and improve business operational processes. Design efficient workflows and work models in collaboration with Channel Manager, Distributors and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to enhance overall performance. 2. Set up business operation process across teams to smooth the whole process and tasks 3. Closely work with business teams, PMs to drive implementation of operational tasks and collectively feedback for continuous task and process improvement and optimization. 4. Build mechanism and community to reflect multiple team's operations, scale the critical ones in more teams. 5. Lead the customized secondary development of the CRM system Salesforce, and collaborated with internal and external suppliers to design functional modules suitable for the new SaaS business model, including sales funnel optimization, contract lifecycle management, and automatic business and finance reconciliation, etc. 6. Work relentlessly to improve the existing process. 7. Regularly update progress and call out hits and misses to the leadership. 8. Collect and analyze related data to monitor the performance of Distributors and VARs. Identify trends and areas for improvement, reporting findings to management.
Better: 1. Lead end-to-end Salesforce customization with internal and external vendors; Automate pre-sales to post-sales workflows; Drive channel strategy via predictive analytics. 2. Integrate the end-to-end process from pre-sale support to after-sale service, reduce cross-departmental collaboration gaps through automated workflows. For example: (1) Connect with the sales team: Standardize the rules for business opportunity transfer, establish a sales forecasting model and synchronize it to the financial system. (2) Interface with the finance department: Configure automated invoicing rules to ensure that revenue recognition is synchronized in real time with CRM order data. (3) Connect with the legal and compliance team: Establish an electronic contract approval flow to automatically identify risk clauses and conduct compliance reviews.
What We Expect67
1. 5-7 years working experience in the business operation. 3 years+ experience in Salesforce. The candidate who holds Salesforce Administrator + 6767Platform Developer I is preferred. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3. Fluent Oral and Written English: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with international partners and colleagues. 4. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel. 5. Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent 6. High level of interpersonal skills and the confidence to effectively communicate with internal and external people from a variety of backgrounds. 7. Problem-solving skills either internal or external, able to handle various issues at the same time.
