Responsibilities & Duties 责任和义务 61Based on the BPS of brand, develop the marketing events/campaigns (ex: IST, social media communication, co-branding, advertising, etc…) to increase the penetration of brand awareness, and topline sales. 61根据品牌的BPS(Brand Positioning Statement) 市场计划活动,开发营销活动/活动(例如:IST、社交媒体传播、联合品牌、广告等),以提高品牌知名度和顶线销售的渗透率。 61Based on the marketing pull in/push out strategies to deliver the products to meet customer’s insight (emotional & functional benefits)/buyer’s expectation to increase the market share. 61基于营销拉入/推出策略,交付产品以满足客户的洞察力(情感和功能利益)/买方增加市场份额的期望。 61Managing the cost projection & the approved P&L by controller for delivering to engaged channels with aimed profit target. 61由控制者管理成本预测和批准的损益表,以向参与渠道交付目标利润。 61Supporting business development. 61支持业务发展。 61Calculate and analyze sales results, to work with team to take the actions to have better sales performance. 61计算和分析销售结果,与团队合作采取行动以获得更好的销售业绩。
Work Experience & Skills工作经验和技能 ·Bachelor or above of “business school, food sciences, food technology ·本科及以上学历, “商学院、食品科学、食品技术”方向 ·With related experience in the fields of new product development/QA ·具有新产品开发/QA领域的相关经验 ·At least 2+ experience in FMCG industries ·至少2年以上快速消费品行业经验 ·Extensive knowledge of coordinating the entities involved in NPD process. ·对协调参与新产品开发流程有广泛的了解。
