主要职责：满足1条或以上
1.拓展生物学团队，完成新技术产品晋级研发；
2.负责生物学实验，分子克隆、生化反应、高通量测定、工程细胞培养；
3.负责真核细胞的基因组分析、改造、优化；
4.负责蛋白质工程构建、改造、纯化、结构生物学分析、定量及相关活性测定；
5.负责RNA结构与序列的工程构建、改造、优化、定量及相关活性测定；
6.设计新型生物反应芯片，信号源和开发生物电信号转换；
7.进行优化生化反应测试，体液样品分离分析，高通量检测标准；
8.病理病样、临床信息分析。
9.进行新型生物类药物(Biologics，such as recombinant, antibody, vaccine, etc.)的设计、筛选、改造、制备和优化；
10.开发新一代创新性生物类药物，药理药代优化，完成生物类药物的突破式创新；




任职要求：
1.要求有细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学和医学等相关专业，博士以上学位；
2.熟练掌握分子生物、生化实验、蛋白核酸分析、细胞培养等各项操作技能；
3.掌握工程细胞工业化培养、制备，优化等各项操作技能；
4.工作主动性和责任心强，耐心仔细，热爱实验室工作，动手能力强。敢于摸索、创新者优先。
5.有3年及以上R&D工作经验者，有海外管理和研发经验者优先。
6.入职后会根据岗位需求和员工期望在具体工作内容上做定岗选择。


Main Duty:
1. Expand the Molecular Biology Team to develop the new technology and products;
2. Be responsible for biology, molecular cloning, bio-engineering, and cell culture, etc.;
3. Be responsible for eukaryotic genome analysis, genome editing, strain evolution;
4. Be responsible for protein design, construction, purification, structural biology, quantitative analysis;
5. Be responsible for RNA structure & sequence design, construction, quantitative analysis and optimization;
6. Be responsible for enzymology, HTS assay, kinetic analysis;
7. Be responsible for biochemical test optimization, body fluid sample separation, analysis, HTS test;
8. Perform disease pathology and clinical information analysis;
9. Perform new biologics (recombinant, antibody, vaccine, etc.) design, screening, optimization and manufacture;
10. Develop Next-Gen biologcs, pharmacokinetics, pharmacology study, generate innovative new biologics for the human being;

Job Requirements:
1. Cell biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, or other related professional degrees;
2. Molecular biology, biochemical studies, protein and nucleic acid analysis, cell culture and other skills;
3. Experience in industrial strain culture, preparation, optimization, and other related skills;
4. With work initiative and strong sense of responsibility, be patient, careful, loving lab research;
5. Dare to explore, full of innovation;
6. Three or more years of oversea experience in R&D, management or development.
