Service Advisor Direct Monitor:Service Manager Position Characteristics: The Service Advisor is often the first contact to Porsche Service customers and therefore responsible that that a reliable, premium and comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all Porsche customers at all time. S/He also advises and consults customers on service needs and explains the performed work to ensure highest customer satisfaction. Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance): 1. Arrange service appointments 2. Accept customer's vehicle for service 3. Return vehicle to customer 4. Deal with customer complaints 5. Maintain customer relationship Education: ·College degree required, university degree is preferred; ·Candidates able to communicate in English preferred Industry background:At least three years' working experience as Service Advisor or similar position Other qualifications: ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must. ·Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work; ·Smart appearance; ·Enthusiastic in Porsche products and services; ·With outstanding customer service awareness and ability to quickly establish stable customer relationship
