Monitor the flight schedule, inform oversea office any delay or cancellation. 跟进航班信息,如有异常及时通知
Back up for team members when necessary. 必要时做同事的后备
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or department manager. 上级主管或部门经理安排的其他任务。
Personal Capabilities & Education
Relative 2-6 years experience in forwarder industry, being able to communicate with overseas offices and agents in English. 有2-6年相关行业从业经验,能够与海外分公司通英文商业电函
Being able to communicate with local agent and client smoothly with easy going personality.具亲和力,能够与国内代理及本土客户流畅沟通
Being familiar with MS office and good at English lisenning, speaking reading & writing熟悉办公个自动化软件,英语听说读写流利
