Job description: Analysis, investigate and provide solution on IT applications issue with partners. Deliver support service to business operation under intensive performance target. Determine to find real root cause and permanently fix the issues. Completely understand and have perspective on applications system, business process, business requirements. Flexible working hours to provide support service all the time. Support change deployment by application and integration validation on out of office hours. Record and maintain application documentation, configurations, troubleshooting guide. Categorize root cause of issues and create report by period. Being responsible for any support tasks assigned by manager. Must Have 61 Deliver support service to business operation under intensive performance target. 61 3-5 years of career experience in IT application support, Programmer, Tester, DevOps or related fields. 61 Programming language: SQL, JAVA or/and VB/C#/.Net Core 61 OS: LINUX, WINDOW 2019+, Azure 61 DB: Oracle, SQL, Postgres Nice to Have 61 Middleware: TOMCAT, KAFKA, MicroStrategy, QLIK, Citrix, WAS 61 IBM Middleware: MQ, CFT, TWS, SRVP
