The main missions of the role are to: The role of a Program Quality Leader is to guide quality development in programs until Start of Production, using the Program Management System to ensure customer satisfaction, and to coordinate efforts from all internal and external suppliers. Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1、Bachelor's degree in Engineering 2、Minimum 4 years experience, combining development and production 3、Business and finance basics 4、Knowledge of the automotive industry 5、Results and teamwork orientation 6、Customer management experience 7、Experience and success managing a functional network 8、Knowledge of Quality tools and a project or program management system 9、English language required. Chinese language preferred
