Overall responsibilities and duties:
1)Participate in the whole process of the project, including project design, process management, quality control and report writing
2)According to the requirements, arrange product and process analysis, pqrepare for quotation of the project
3)Determine relevant input requirements,arrange review whether they are appropriate, and solve imperfect and contradictory requirements together with the proposer
Core Team
1)Be responsible for the achievement of project indicators in the whole project development and production cycle
2)Identify, evaluate and solve the risks in the project:
3)Manage the alert process to ensure that key risk issues of the project can be timely and effectively supported
4)Resolve conflicts between projects / departments
5)Ensure that the risk / opportunity analysis of the project is embedded in the whole development process
6)Drive project decisions
7)Management and tracking of project development plan
8)Manage conflicts and resource coordination within the project team
9)Manage engineering changes
10)Prepare documents related to project node review
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor degree
Experience :
1)College degree or above, with knowledge of mechanical technology and project management
Skills and competencies
2)Familiar with the research and development of automotive products
3)Have the ability of project planning,management and coordination.
4)Familiar with Automotive Standards
5)Familiar with iatf16949 quality system
6)Strong communication and presentation skills
7)Good team spirit
