1. Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable. 2. To deal with various employee relation matters and be able to explain company rules and regulations in a professional manner. 3. Maintain and manage HR SAP personnel information, ensure the system information timely and accurately. 4. Maintain and manage BIPO System HR attendance & leave module timely and accurately. 5. Deliver and optimize monthly attendance related report (FTE, leave, working hours, overtime, temporary workers, etc.) and ensure the data accuracy and timeliness. 6. Work collaboratively with team member in preparation of payroll information data [overtime, production bonus, attendance bonus summary, hot allowance, etc.] 7. Social insurance and housing fund management and keep the alignment with government’s latest policy on social security and housing fund of different districts. 8. Initiate and implement employee benefits projects including but not limited to supplementary medical insurance, annual physical examination, festival gifts, Children’s day, fitness club, sports activities, seniority service award, etc. 9. Labor contract management including new employee contract signature and contract renewal.
