Responsibilities -Office reception (greeting vicitors, ansering incoming calls...); -Handle general office housekeeping / security and administration works; -Handle office procurement / supplies / sundries; -Handle office facilities and equipment maintenance works; Support office renovation projects if required; -Handle travel booking based on approved Business Request Form for flight/ hotel, etc. -Support sample management, disposal and stock taking; -Propose and conduct company activities, such as office party, annual dinner, team building, etc...; -Maintain all admin related reports, record; -Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements -College degree or above; -1 year’s experience in related fields; fresh graduate with good qualification can be considered; -Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English; -Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel); -Proactive, independent, well-organized, mature, out-going personality.
