Overview:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will specialize in the design and simulation of mechanical components for our high-end smart vaping devices. This role requires a deep understanding of liquid and gas dynamics, as well as expertise in designing for manufacturability with both plastic and metal parts.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components that incorporate plastic and metal, ensuring durability, manufacturability, and aesthetics.
- Conduct simulations for fluid dynamics and thermal management to optimize device performance.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and firmware developers to integrate mechanical components with electronic systems.
- Oversee prototype development and conduct testing to validate mechanical designs.
- Ensure all designs meet tight surface flushness and gap tolerances for premium device aesthetics.
- Document design processes and results, maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in consumer electronics or related fields.
- Expertise in 3D CAD software and simulation tools such as ANSYS or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of plastic and metal fabrication processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in technical English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices.
