CEVY LINKS is recruiting an experienced and smart Operations & Customer Support Senior Officer with entrepreneur spirit, able to ensure proper operations, develop new logistics products, develop new processes to serve new customers.
Mission : on the products/operations/customers/partners of which you have the responsibility :
- conduct smooth daily operations and customer support,
- Handle full set of shipping documents according to guidelines and within timeframe
- Prepare related statement reports to monitor supplier and ensure delivery quality according to SOP and report abnormal case timely
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Maintain good customer relationship and visit customer’s warehouse to improve operation workflow
- Raise the quality of service and productivity, Innovate and create added value
- Develop/implement new products, product changes,
- Draft the needed SOP and Service Standards, maintain knowledge management,
- Monitor some of CLEVY service providers (warehousing, transport, customs, etc); the procurement of air transport is a major focus,
- Conduct/monitor the customer support: returned/lost parcels, etc.
- "Product Owner" for the development of proper IT system features.
- Any others assignment from the Manager
Reporting : The position is in general attached to the Operations & Customer Support Manager, and punctually to CLEVY General Manager for the development of new products.
Evolution to managerial responsibility is encouraged.

Requirements
- Graduate of an undergraduate diploma,
- Good command of English, especially reading and writing - the position requires to communicate with European partners,
- Deep personal involvement, sense of responsibility,
- Rigorous and well organized, strong analysis capacity
- Team spirit, good relational, communication and coordination capacity
- Willing to work on new projects which require to work resourcefully with high reactivity, autonomy and initiative, but also allows to exercise responsibility

工作内容(数据大部分实现自动化,需认知处理总结即可):
-根据SOP指南及时完成全套运输文件的准备;
- 根据SOP准备相关报表,监控供应商,确保包裹运送质量,及时报告异常情况 ;
-根据系统数据,准备并向客户开具发票;
- 协助经理维护良好的客户关系,如拜访客户仓库,改进操作流程 ;
– 协助经理起草所需的 SOP 和服务标准,和维护管理团队资料;
- 监控一些 CLEVY 服务提供商(仓储、运输、海关等);
- 协助经理进行供应商开发,特别是空运航司资源;
- 配合团队做好客服支持:如退回/丢失包裹等;
- 经理分配的其它任务。
汇报:该职位向运营和客服经理汇报工作;偶尔也会接受CLEVY总经理的任务指派。
办公地点:深圳(南山区大学城)地铁站C口出,300米
岗位要求 :
- 大专(本科佳);
- 良好的英语能力,CET-4, 尤其是阅读和写作 - 该职位需要与欧洲合作伙伴有读写沟通,口语不要求;
- 正直,责任感,自信;
- 严谨有条理,分析能力强;
- 有团队精神,良好的人际关系、沟通和协调能力 - 愿意从事需要以高反应性、自主性和主动性进行足智多谋工作的新项目,但也允许行使责任;
