Responsibilities:

1.     Manage and coordinate timely production processes from Purchase Order to ex-factory shipment.

2.     Set up time-and-action calendar milestone dates for every style on order. Proactively alert all relating team members in China and overseas of milestone date shifts that potentially affect delivery.

3.     Guide and train production merchants and vendors to streamline standard production processes across various categories and brands.

4.      Evaluate factory capacities and coordinate production planning among different markets for the goal of maximum efficiency.

5.      Standardize product quality and style in the same brand in spite of different categories, different factory, or different markets.

6.      Leverage production calendar and ensure processes deliver samples for all proto review meetings that meet QVC requirements. Lead Gate-Keeping of and proactive collaboration of issues that arise and offer solutions to maintain delivery that meet and/or exceed QVC’s customers’ expectations.

7.      Collaborate with Vendor Education and Relationship Manager to elevate under performance by current vendors and/or factories.

8.      Understand issues that arose throughout development and all design/sourcing comments during development. Support development team with knowledge of production processes and key elements that affects quality and/or customer experiences.

9.      Collaborate with DDGS Home Team to obtain customer’s likes and dislikes on an on-going basis. Share the best practice and learns. Continuously improving customer’s experience from both the development and production stages.

10.     Collect market information relating to various categories that affect cost and processes and share with team on a regular basis.

11.     Travel regularly to vendor/factory locations to maintain consistency in touch points with their factory base and production stability.

12.     Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Quliafications:

1.      Bachelor's Degree.

2.      3+ years of home production experiences.

3.      Product knowledge across multiple home classifications.

4.      Strong priority management skills and communication skills.

5.      Fluent in English

6.      Team player.
