Job Purpose: Maintain and build strong relationships and provide excellent service & support to your customers in order to ensure loyalty and future sales growth. Key areas of accountability: ? Overall worldwide accountable for designated clients, having large subsidiaries in APAC. ? Promote long-term success for these designated clients, develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities with a focus on creating trusting relationships. ? Primary customer contact for all commercial related functions. ? Work with people across all levels of the internal organization as well as with external parties. ? Actions and decisions have a direct impact on sales and customer satisfaction. ? Tasks will be very diverse and require prompt and accurate judgments.
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: ? Build customer loyalty by fostering technical and commercial partnerships with our clients. ? Acquire, document, and deploy a thorough understanding of the strategic and operational needs of your clients. ? Keep an overview of key contact persons and manage the interactions with your customers.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: ? Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets. ? Lead the quotation process: obtain market information, set target prices, analyze cost models, develop pricing proposals, define and implement winning sales strategies. ? Use upselling techniques to increase our business opportunities and chances.
- STRATEGY: ? Draft, define and implement a commercial and marketing strategy and next steps for your accounts based on identified business opportunities and aligned with the overall strategy. ? Establish a clear and consistent price management and manage margin on sales of products and services to achieve our financial and strategic targets. ? Manage the price negotiations and ensure this is properly documented in a signed contract. ? Organize the sales related part of the MTP Strategic Process (3-year business plan) and provide input for annual sales budget and long-term sales plans. ? Decide on the feasibility/profitability of new projects and define the way forward in alignment with Business Director and VP Sales.
- ROADMAPPING: ? Identify what products and technologies your clients are looking for and align with R&D department, so to make sure these products and technologies become available at the right moment. ? Perform quantitative and qualitative research of the loudspeaker market, and continuously monitor our position into this market. ? Spot and analyze new trends and need in the market (3 to 5 years) and based on this intelligence you initiate adequate actions.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: ? Day-to-day follow-up of activities for your clients and monitoring all operational aspects of the relationship; amongst others technology, production, quality, logistics and commercial. ? Follow-up new product introductions, internally and externally. ? Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. ? Actively participate in account team meetings and work collaboratively to resolve open issues. ? Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. ? Communicate the progress of key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. ? Forecast and track key account metrics. ? Assist with challenging client requests and escalate where needed. ? Properly document all customer agreements and archive in an orderly manner so they can be retrieved when needed.

Minimum requirement of bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field. ? Extensive experience in a consumer sales B2B environment, ideally > 5 years. ? Background in audio/sound related market is a plus. ? Excellent knowledge of Mandarin and English. ? Energetic with a win-win mindset and a can-do attitude. ? Team player with good people management and excellent communication skills ? Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles (selling/presentation/negotiation skills). ? Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong drive for success.
