Manage customer complaints and customer quality performance. Regular reporting to customers and CQE manager. 管理客户投诉和客户质量绩效。定期向客户和CQE经理汇报 2. Leading customer visiting and audit and tracking/handling the corrective actions which were found in audit. 主导客户访问和审核,跟踪/处理审核中发现的纠正措施 3. Handling the RMA report and reporting to customers.
