The ideal candidate will have deep experience of quality assurance or related function in manufacturing or related industry.
Reporting to our General management Department, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service and quality to our customers around the world.
Success will require strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills, plus solid foundation in ISO and IATF Quality Management Systems. This multifunctional role will require the ability to service internal and external customers while efficiently navigating the organization toward operational excellence.

工作职责(Responsibility)：
1. 负责管理品管部日常工作（IQC, PQC, FQC, OQC, QE, QA, LAB）；
Overall responsibility of managing Quality Department (IQC, PQC, FQC, OQC QE, QA, LAB)
2. 负责集团品质管理系统（ISO, IATF）的维护和改进；
Leader of maintain and improve quality management system (ISO, IATF)
3. 负责推动品质改善；
Responsibility of driving improvement of product/working quality
4. 负责集团品质控制和预防；
In charge of company’s quality control and prevention
5. 负责品质部与生产部业务部等其它部门沟通协调；
Responsible for the communication and coordination between the quality dept. and production dept., and other departments;
6. 负责品质部完成客户投诉处理和支持业务部客服；
Handle customer complaints and support customer service on behalf of quality department
7. 提升品质检验水平和品质控制能力；
Improve the quality inspection level and quality control ability
8. 减少产品重工和减少产品报废；
Reduce product rework and scrap
9. 协助开发部和生产部进行产品检验和验证工作；
Assist development department and production department in product inspection and validation
10. 负责全员品质培训。
Responsible for quality training of all staff.

职位要求(requirement)：
1. 英语听读写熟练，口语较好；
Good English listening, reading and writing skills, good oral English
2. 10年以上制造业品质部门全面管理经验；
At least 10 years overall quality management experience in manufacturing environment
3. 六西格玛黑带优先；
Six Sigma black belt preferred
4. 电子或机械制造相关专业正规本科毕业；
Bachelor degree in Electronic or mechanical manufacturing or related field
5. 深刻理解ISO9001，ISO14000；对IATF16949有了解；
Deep understanding of ISO9001, ISO14000; Knowledge of IATF16949
6. 工作地点：深圳龙岗区红门科技园。
