Responsibilities 岗位职责: - Perform PO and shipping management between customers and suppliers 履行客户及供应商的订单及船运管理 - Monitor the ordering status against planned seasonal timeline 根据计划时间管理订单状态 - Educate and ensure suppliers who continuously meet supply chain standards of INTERSPORT’s supplier manual 培训并确保供应商持续满足INTERSPORT供应商手册中的供应链标准 - Communicate suppliers with their performance and service level attainment, then provide guidance on how to improve, where necessary to meet the requirement 与供应商沟通服务水平及表现,提供持续改进指导至符合所需要求 - Manage supplier performance against service level targets in terms of OTIF and payment rating 在OTIF以及根据服务水平目标管理供应商表现 - Minimize the order processing lead time from receipt to order confirmation 最小化订单处理交付时间 - Build strong relationships with customers by providing stable and reliable service, and drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction 通过提供稳定可靠的服务与客户建立良好的关系,并持续完善客户满意度 - Understand the needs of customers and provide optimized solutions 了解客户需求并提供优化方案 - Work closely with different departments to ensure efficient order and shipment process 与其他业务部门紧密合作确保有效的订单及船运处理
Requirement 岗位要求: - Major in Supply Chain Management or Business Management is preferred 供应链或商务管理专业优先 - Solid presentation and communication skills in written English & Mandarin, good oral English is preferred 良好的中英文书写、沟通以及汇报技巧,英文口语良好优先 - Trading or manufacturing background is preferred 贸易及制造业背景优先 - Strong in data analysis and process mapping 较强的数据分析以及流程映射能力 - Attention to details and accuracy 关注细节及精准性 - Team player, open-mind and international way of thinking 具有团队精神,开放性思维以及国际化思维方式
