Key areas of accountability:
61 Maintain a panel of best suppliers
o Maintain a panel of suppliers for commodities as per the commodity strategy
o Participate in the definition and the implementation of the purchasing panel policy for assigned commodities
o Support supplier selection according to Group criteria
o Assit in negotiating Legal contracts and ensuring supplier acceptance of the Supplier Manual
o Scout for potential suppliers which meet our quality requirement with competitive costs and conduct benchmarking activities
61 Supplier performance management
o Ensure regular follow-up of supplier performance with the SQDE , plant and project purchasing
o Define and lead a supplier optimization plan when supplier performance deviations occur andd to align with the budget
o Support management localizations and productivity actions with regional buyers, and handle the first-level escalation for internal functions related to supplier performance
o Monitor global supplier capacity and support management in maintaining the global relationship with suppliers
o Co–review contracts and ensure that standard requirements are included
61 Support to achieve suppliers cost reductions
o Leverage synergies between different regions and projects and ensure that commercial conditions are applied through the group
o Ensure that supplier prices are in line with raw material market prices
o Periodically monitor raw material market prices and review supplier price trends
o Initiate VAVE/Transfer ideas and follow up activitives
61 Risk management
o Regularly monitor supplier risks
o Maintain a red list of suppliers at risk
o Set up and deploy on time an action plan to eliminate risks of the red list with shakeholders

Qualification:
61 Academic/Professional Qualification: Engineering industrial/acoustic.
61 Expertise/Skills: 5-8 years purchasing automotive experience, prefer to Acoustic parts process & product knowledge to packaging.
61 Language skills: Chinese and English both needs be very good.
61 Personal Attributes: Leadership skills, critical thinking, ethical/honest, accountable. teamwork, communication skills, and milestone experience.
