Tracking shipments using a software system and communicating with customers about shipment status. ? Ensure shipment booking details match with LIMA. ? Preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading, Invoice, LOI, Per-alert, Manifest, etc… ? Needs to be able to communicate clearly and concisely to ensure everyone understands each other. ? Have excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate information/shipment details to be provided to client/carrier/co-loader/oversea agent. ? Must ensure all the necessary information/LOI/Invoice to complete a shipment. ? Attention to detail. ? Open and register file on CW1 ? Once the shipment is registered in CW1, send confirmation to customers regarding dates for packing and collection of cargo. ? Request the related documentation from customers. ? Prepare cost sheet and invoice. ? Ensure delivery of invoice to customers not later than 48 hours after issuance Follow up on payment of invoice by customer. ? Accrual of all costs within 48 hours after invoicing ? Fulfill customers' current and future requirements, maintain a good relationship with customers.
