Position Title and Location
Merchandiser (Tableware) – Shenzhen
Position Description:
1. In charge of order contact and follow up the company's orders;
2. Arranging the sample delivering according to the customer requirements. Ensure timely arranging test and shipping;
3. Sourcing and contact with the supplier, finding the suitable factory and making sure the quality of the products fit the customer requirements;
4. Collect shipping documents and request payment;
5. Other duties as specified by leader;
Past Experience:
1. 2~3 years past experience of merchandising in kitchen ware, such as kitchenware, tableware products etc….
6. Candidates should understand global testing requirements, Coordinate with quality team to arrange inspection, quality issue and claim;
2. Testing requirements: CE, LFGB, Rohs etc….
3. Past experience in working for a foreign trading company would be beneficial;
Technical Capabilities:
1. More than 5 years relevant job experience in merchandising field;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player;
3. Able to work under pressure;
4. Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn;
5. Attention to details and able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines;
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
7. Willingness to travel;
8. Literate in Microsoft office programs;
