主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
1.负责从初始概念（M0）到车间最终验证（M4）或从采购（GR1）阶段到SOP+6个月（GR4）的所有中等复杂度项目/创新项目的生产交付。管理功能性项目生产团队。确保制造的可行性。开发和验证项目的完整生产系统。通过PLTL监督产品投产。Responsible for all Manufacturing deliverables of medium complexity program / innovation programs either from initial concept (M0) till the final validation on the shop floor (M4) or from the acquisition (GR1) phase till SOP + 6 months (GR4). Manages functionally Program Manufacturing team. Ensures manufacturing feasibility. Develop & validates complete production system of the program. Supervises the production launch through PLTL’s.
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
1.协调参与项目的工厂投产团队，协调项目投产团队的活动和任务完成情况；Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program and to coordinate activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing team
2.充当项目核心团队和工厂之间的接口；Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s) ;
3.通过与产品工程师同时进行工程活动，确保设计到制造;Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers;
4.实施与产品修改相关的生产系统的所有变更（从工程变更管理开始）; Implement all changes of the production system related to the product modifications (as of Engineering Change Management) ;
5.确保生产可行性Ensure manufacturing feasibility;
6.根据集团标准和项目目标，研究、详细开发、跟进、验证、发布和建立完整的生产系统，包括但不限于：项目流程图、工厂布局、设备和工具、公用设施、材料和信息流分析、供应链定义Study, develop in detail, follow-up, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of production, including but not limited to: the program process flow charts, plant layout, equipment and tools, utilities, material and information flow analysis, supply chain definition, in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives;
7.管理生产件批准流程（包括量产试验和爬坡验证）;Manage the Production Part Approval Process (including Mass Production Trial and Extended Mass Production Trial) ;
8.管理投产和生产爬坡; Manage the production launch and support the Production Ramp-up;
9.报告所有生产风险分析及其相关行动计划和机会 Report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities;
10.应用程序管理系统和工程变更管理以及佛吉亚工具和标准; Apply program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards;
11.确保生产节点按时成功通过; Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time;
12.Complete other task assigned by manager完成上级交代的其他任务
