Responsibility: 1. Communicate with vendors for inspection booking : - Push vendor to send the booking on time. - Issue daily booking form for QC allocation arrangement.
2. Issue and follow up all inspection result to all related departments: - Check the rejected inspection email and report before issue out the inspection result email. - Issue out the inspection daily summary to related department.
3. Input and file inspection data with full information into system : - Double check the inspection data and input it into system. - File the inspection report.
4. Prepare quality related summary and report: - Draw data and make summary periodically and distribute to related parties for reference. - Prepare reports for inspection booking, PP inspection, shipment inspection, outstanding FEP, outstanding lab cert for new item.
5. Follow up samples / replacement requests - Follow up internal department request to arrange QC inspection for customer samples / replacements requests.
6. Review QC inspector travelling expenses claim form: - Check travelling expenses claim form from QC inspector
7. Prepare monthly defect rate report: - Collect data form inspection and prepare report
Education/Experience: - Graduate in College or above. - Minimum 1 year quality clerk experience.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability: - Good command of PC computer skill, familiarity with MS office, such as MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, word) - Adequate English. - Strong sense of work responsibility
