Major Responsibilities
Quality Control and Management -Oversees the effective documentation and implementation of the quality management system for technical issues and quality control on the spot and our QC center. -Track and analyze the inspection expenses and the number of inspection hours worked per week along with compensation time. -Establish/Implement Quality inspection procedure/Workflow for Quality Control activities. Monitoring and overseeing QC inspection process at QC Center or factory to make sure all QCs can follow up the procedure during inspection. Ensure the Quality control team effectively serve the need of all Section and Brand. -FEPS internal QMS documents management/upgrading and developing to meet the business. FEPS internal process audit for continuous improvement and optimization and work with Section to review current workflow and procedure VS the real practice for continuous improvement and optimization.
Section and Brand collaboration -Interaction and collaboration with SGQM on new standard/requirement uniform and implementation. -Work and support brand and local quality and product development teams in terms of quality specification. -Work with section, monitor supplier’s quality performance and to give them advice and instructions, when necessary, on how to improve and maintain quality level.
Staff Management -Provide daily guidance and supervision to subordinates. Ensure the subordinates have the necessary knowledge, information and tools to perform their work; provide training, coaching to subordinates when necessary. -Guide the subordinates to improve their performance. Motivate individuals manage rewards and disciplinary issue. -Observe efficiency and work attentiveness. -Teambuilding, cultivate a motivated and dedicate work environment.
Others -Complete the ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the brands and/or the head of FEPS.
Major requirements - College or university graduated in Engineering field. - More than 5 Years of experience in related field or in Quality Management, Production, Watches, Electronic and Automotives. - Fluent in English. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Chinese and English), proactive, independent and rich staff management experience. - Good at Product specification skill, data analysis skill, vendor quality management, project management skill, quality control knowledge, high integrity, ISO 9000 standards, etc. - Good at office software handling. - Willing to accept business trips if job needed.
