? Manage daily booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc. and communicate with sales owner to get shipping instruction.
? Rate quotation for general inquiry.
? Booking creation in specified system, update report.
? Customer relationship (external & internal), work with customers and vendors to improve our performance and service.
? Billing checking, confirmation with overseas, send pre-alert.
? Be responsible for the daily work within the team, sales support, ensure the timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties.
? Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met, reduce risk and potential claims.
? Other works arranged by direct supervisor or manager.
II. Education and Experience requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or above.
? More than 3-6 years related experiences; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.
? Well operation knowledge, good experience in operation and fluent English.
