this position focus more on recruiting and training. specific tasks cover. -Recruiting: discuss talent requirements and specify the key competence Requirements, sourcing candidates and evaluate candidate's qualification, coordinate the 2nd and following interview/assessment, offer and onboarding. -training: basic orientation to new hire and plan & implement training activity per manager's assignment -involve and support other HR functions like Employee relations, performance and Compensation etc. when it's required.
任职要求: -Bachelor's degree majored in Human resource, psychology or related discipline. -High Proficiency in English, both writing, reading and speaking -1 years' experience in Human Resource management functions -quick learner and self-driver, interesting in HR -good communication and interpersonal skills, logical thinking.
