Ensure that the Global Sales Process is driven and followed up by Business Development Managers.2. Making sure the sales department follows and operates within the guidelines of the Sales Goals and Action Plan(GSP)3. Responsible for carrying out sales activities and campaigns within the given segment4. Responsible for selected customers and prospects5. Possible responsibility over a segment, which requires deep knowledge of the branch in question6. Meet given sales targets7. Other tasks from department managerRequirement :1. University degree or equivalent2. Four to five years experience with documented sales record3. Experience of freight forwarding and logistics industry4. Excellent presentation techniques & deal closing skills.8. Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts9.
