You will be responsible for leading business development, as well as developing and nurturing critical relationships within established customer segments, that will grow our business and strengthen our position in the region. More specifically, you will: 61 Take over lead generation and business discussions 61 Strengthen go-to-market strategies for market expansions 61 Nurture relationships with new accounts, inactive accounts, and scalable accounts to maximise conversion rates and lifetime value of the client 61 Closely cooperate with the account managers to provide in-depth operational knowledge to make a compelling presentation of the company’s services 61 Execute and contribute to the global sales strategy
Requirements: 1. You have 5 years of experience in B2B business development 2. You are comfortable with developing business frameworks to support your strategies and decisions 3. You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in Mandarin and English; any other language is a plus 4. You are enthusiastic and have a hands-on mindset that drives you to reach your goals 5. You have a highly analytical and data-driven mindset 6. You succeed by both engaging and enabling your team members, as well as having a direct impact on client’s decisions. 7. An experience in tech business, transport industry, scale-ups or high-growth companies is a strong bonus
