工作职责 1.跟进测试样品的所有流程和行动。 2.跟进采购订单的所有沟通和操作 工作描述 至工厂 1.与质量同事一起审核工厂。 2.向工厂和质量同事阐明客户的质量标准 3.协商最低成本和合理付款期限 4.向工厂下达采购订单,并跟踪工厂付款 5.注意艺术品的要求 6.与质量团队跟进测试样品和客户PPS 7.控制生产计划 8.与QA团队一起到工厂进行一线检查 致客户 1.与QA一起仔细检查测试样品,以跟踪状态直到到达。 2.跟进测试意见和相关改进测试样品。 3.积极跟进客户检测样品和PPS的质量问题。 4.检查插图和规格表。 5.制作PI和装运文件。 6.跟踪收到的付款是否正确以及相关付款状态。 到内部部门 1.与采购部门保持密切沟通,学习产品。 2.预订以安排交货。 3.向财务部门提交付款申请,并记录付款和收到的付款。 4.跟踪订单质量投诉改进样品/反馈的状态。 5.向第三方或QA团队发送明确的检查要求。 Personality 1. positive, accurate and careful,eager to learn and grow, conscientious,work independently. 2. have 1 years at least experience on merchandsier job. Job Responsibilities 1. follow up the all processes and actions for testing samples. 2. follow up the all communications and operations for PO Job descriptions To factories 1.Audit factory with quality colleague. 2.Clarify customer’s quality standards to factory and quality colleague 3.Negotiate lowest cost and best payment term 4.Release PO to factory and follow well the payment to factory 5.Notice well the artwork’s requirements 6.Follow with Quality team for the test sample and PPS for Customer 7.Control production plan 8.Go with QA team to factory for first in line inspection To Customer 1. Check carefully testing samples with QA together to follow the status until arrival. 2. Follow up the testing comments and related improved testing samples. 3. Follow up actively for customer’s quality issue of testing samples and PPS. 4. Check artwork and Spec sheet. 5. Make PI and shipping documents. 6. Follow up the incoming payment whether correct and related paying status. To internal depart. 1. Keep close communication with sourcing to learn product. 2. Booking to arrange delivery . 3. Payment application to financial dept. and Record paying and incoming payment. 4. Follow the status of improved sample / feedback of order quality complain. 5.
