Position Summary Responsible for building and managing business relations with key battery customers, aiming to win adoptions and commercialization of Company Battery Materials products and solutions. Work closely with marketing, product management and technical teams and be the key interface with target account. Ensure broad communication and alignment of customer account plans and coordinate internal resources to win and grow target customers.
Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) ? Lead to grow profitable business in Battery Matterials China's Consumer and Industrial team and act as main stakeholder for local P&L; ? Develop and implement local business plan, strategies and tactics in alignment with global strategies; Build strong working relationships with key target accounts. Map the organization chart and understand who the decision makers are (commercial, technology and SQE) and ensure Company team is strongly aligned with customer needs and timeframe to solve problems and win the businesses. ? Be the voice of the customer and a strong advocate for their needs internally within the Company organization. Strong communication and coordination skills and are able to structure internal resources to service the customer. ? Hunger to dig new opportunities based on broad connection at target accounts. ? Work seamlessly with Company marketing, product management, technology, customer service and plant teams. Able to be the bridge between customer and Company functions, in order to satisfy customer needs as well as bring sufficient customer information for internal decision. ? Understand battery technology and our own products and solutions, able to independently communicate with customers on product recommendations. ? Strong commercial skills, in terms of, price management, negotiation skills, customer opportunity pipeline management and people relationship skills. ? Collect customer insights on emerging technologies and trends that impact materials needs for battery industry. ? Manage key account plans and make sure customer strategy is clear defined and aligned. Make sure call reports are captured in SFDC and actions are followed after customer calls. 任职资格
Education/Experience ? Bachelor/University degree in Engineering, related science, or Marketing; ? Relevant experience in lithium-ion battery industry and a familiarity with the space
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor with major in Chemical is plus, Master or higher preferred; - Solid experience of business development and sales experience in chemicals, coating or adhesive industries; - Strong leadership & people management skill; - Demonstrated skill of influencing and driving others in a cross-functional, matrix environment; - Self-directed, disciplined and organized; - Strong analytical capability and problem solving.
