Job Description:
1. Direct and Manage product line business development in South China
2. Focus on developing Mass Market business, focus on MEMS/TOF product promotion
3. Responsible of establishing the long-term business cooperation relationship with supplier
4. Align goals and strategies of supplier with Avnet to ensure mutual goals and Strategies are achieved
5. Participates in supplier regular business meeting, update the business progress in related area to gain the supports from Supplier
6. Collaborate with Sales & FAE team members to achieve Annual & Quarter financial goal
7. Coach team members to achieve goals and follow up the key project, to develop new business
8. Manages Forecast & Quotation & Backlog etc.

Work Experience:
1. 5+ years for Electronics industry
2. Electronic Engineering bachelor's degree or above
3. Familiar with MEMS/TOF products and market
4. Independent thinking and analyzing, good communication skills
