Responsibilities：
? Support supplier to work out the design for manufacture analysis, production flow and control plan
? Contribute to design, discuss with plant/EMS, verifying and ensure the delivery of new production tooling, machinery before the “production start” schedule
? Work with project team of Subcon and monitor the delivery schedule
? Qualify supplier process capability with cross functions
? Support production in case of quality or part delivery problems; to develop and plan supplier’s capacity increase
? Deal with customer complaint analysis and find the root cause

Requirement:
? English can be working language.
? Best to have lighting industry experience.
? Be familiar with DFM/PFMEA and VA (value added) analyze for smart-home products;
? Best to understand the process of lighting design.
? Good knowledge and understanding in electrical, control, and automation design for equipment, also the experience in cost down
